After The Golf Club at Eagle Mountain opened in 1996, the Arizona Republic named it the Best New Public Course in Arizona. Other awards and recognitions that Eagle Mountain has received include four stars in Golf Digest's Places to Play and a listing in Golf for Women's Top 100 Fairways of 2000. Golf World Business has recognized the Eagle Mountain pro shop in its Top 100 Golf Courses on several occasions.
