Once the site of a sugar cane plantation, the Kaanapali Golf Club offers 36 holes of golf amid priceless scenery. Located in the Kaanapali Beach Resort on the island of Maui, both Kaanapali golf courses features views of the West Maui Mountains and the islands of Molokai and Lanai.
The club is home to two Kaanapali golf courses — the Tournament North Course and the Resort South Course. Designed by Robert Trent Jones, Sr., the Tournament North Course begins at sea level, travels along the coastline, then continues to the foothills of the West Maui Mountains. The Kaanapali Golf Club offers golf lessons, ranging from group clinics to private instructions for adults and juniors alike. Among the professional tournaments that the Kaanapali golf courses have hosted are the LPGA Kemper Open and the Senior PGA Tour's Kaanapali Classic.
The Resort South Course was originally an executive course for the Kaanapali Golf Club, but was redesigned by Arthur Jack Snyder in 1976. Kaanapali Golf Club Operating Hours
The Kaanapali golf courses and driving range are open daily; operating hours vary, depending on daylight hours. The pro shop opens from 6:30 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. seven days a week.
