With 54 holes of golf, Sea Pines Resort promises a satisfying golf vacation for golfers of all skill levels. The most famous of the three Sea Pines, Hilton Head layouts is the 6973-yard, par-71 Harbour Town Golf Links, host course of the PGA Tour's MCI Heritage. Designed by Pete Dye with input from Jack Nicklaus, this Sea Pines Resort golf course is considered the top course in South Carolina and one of the 75 best courses in the world.
The two remaining courses at Sea Pines, Hilton Head — the Ocean Course and the Sea Marsh Course — share the distinction of being Certified Audubon Cooperative Sanctuaries. In addition, each Sea Pines Resort course has received Beginner Friendly Course Certification from the National Golf Course Owners Association. The 6906-yard, par-72 Ocean Course at Sea Pines, Hilton Head is the oldest golf course on Hilton Head Island, but was redesigned by Mark McCumber in 1995. The Sea Marsh Course at Sea Pines Resort, a 6515-yard, par-72, was designed by architect George Cobb in 1967 and redesigned by Clyde Johnston in 1990. The Sea Pines Resort offers golf packages as well as golf clinics, private lessons and golf exhibitions. The Sea Pines, Hilton Head is home to a golf shop, the Sea Pines Racquet Club, Harbour Town Conference Center and a variety of accommodations, including the AAA Four Diamond Inn at Harbour Town.
